We are situated in the centre of Warrnambool, half way down King St, which is a quiet residential street linking Raglan Parade (the main tree lined street which is a continuation of the A1 Princes Highway) to the Botanic Gardens. We think this is the perfect location for the aptly named Botanic Apartments – we are close to all amenities and yet in a quiet side road close to the Botanic Gardens. We are a very short distance from the town centre (7 minute walk to all the shops and cafes at Liebig St), Aquazone is around the corner, St. John of God and South West Healthcare Base hospitals are close and we are not too far from the beach. We are a couple of minutes’ walk from Woolworths’ supermarket which is just on the other side of Raglan Parade and open daily until 10pm. Check out the map here:

From Melbourne (3 hours, 250km by car) or Geelong (2 1/4hours, 180km):
Follow the Princes Highway (A1) or the Hamilton Highway to Warrnambool. The Princess highway is renamed Raglan Parade once you reach Warrnambool.
You will pass through several sets of lights until you reach the edge of the CBD. Pass Banyan Street, followed by Liebig Street, Kepler Street, Fairy Street/Jamieson St and then get in the right hand turn lane for King Street/Henna Street. It is signposted The Botanic Apartments, Warrnambool. Once you have turned right over Raglan Parade and entered King St, The Botanic Apartments are to be found on the right. Welcome!
Reception and self check in are towards the front of the property. You can pull your car in the space next to reception while you check in or go direct to park in the under cover car port or parking bays and walk back to reception.
From Mount Gambier (2 hours, 185km)
Follow the Princes Highway (A1) and drive through Dennington and pass the turn off for Botanic Road. We are the 3rd street on the left after Ardlie Street. The Ambulance station is located on the end of King Street where you should turn left. The Botanic Apartments, Warrnambool is to be found on the right. Welcome!
